At Brickyard Hollow, the community has always been the point. We want our restaurants to be places where people gather for good pizza, local beer, and something a little bigger than dinner. This spring, our Community Nights program continues with three partners we are proud to support: the American Lung Association in April, Sweetser in May, and Make-A-Wish Maine in June.

We are also serving our Spring Taco Pizza all season long, giving guests one more easy way to support the featured partner each month. If you have followed our Community Nights program before, you already know how much we love turning an ordinary night out into something that helps our neighbors. If your own group has an idea, we would love to hear it. You can also host a Community Night with us.

How Community Nights in Maine Work at Brickyard Hollow

Community Nights Maine is simple at Brickyard Hollow. You come in, order dinner or drinks, and your visit helps support the featured organization. That is why these nights work so well. They do not ask people to change everything about their week. They just give us all an easy way to show up for good causes together.

We are also equipped to host fundraisers and special events that give back to the community. If your school, team, or organization needs a fundraising partner, please let us know. In as little as four weeks, we may be able to help turn a good idea into a successful Community Night. You can learn about Community Nightsapply to host a Community Night, or check our events calendar to see what is coming up next.

Spring Taco Pizza: A Pizza Fundraiser Maine Families Can Rally Around

This spring, we are bringing a little extra fun to the table with our Spring Taco Pizza. It is topped with ground beef, taco sauce, tomato, red onion, sour cream, and melty cheese, then finished with crisp lettuce and crushed tortilla chips. It is bright, messy in the best way, and exactly the kind of seasonal special that feels right with a cold drink and a full table.

It is also a pizza fundraiser Maine families can feel good about ordering. All spring long, Taco Pizza sales help generate donations tied to that month’s featured partner. That means you do not have to wait for one exact Community Night date to take part. Come in on the featured night, stop by later in the month, or make Taco Pizza part of your regular rotation this spring. Either way, you are helping us keep the support going. If you are deciding where to try it, see our locations and pick the Brickyard Hollow that fits your plans.

Spring 2026 Community Nights: Maine Schedule

Here is the spring schedule by month and location. Pick the taproom closest to you, or take it as a good excuse to visit a Brickyard Hollow you do not get to often. You can always double-check the events calendar before heading out.

April: American Lung Association

May: Sweetser

June: Make-A-Wish Maine

April Partner Spotlight: American Lung Association and Giving Back in Maine

In April, we are proud to support the American Lung Association and the mission behind Trek Across Maine. Trek is one of Maine’s best-known spring fundraising traditions, and 2026 marks the 42nd annual ride. It is a big, uplifting event built around movement, teamwork, and healthier futures.

That makes it a natural fit for a spring season centered on giving back in Maine. As the weather starts to turn, people are ready to get back out, reconnect, and be part of something positive. We love the idea of pairing that energy with a Community Night that helps support lung health, education, advocacy, and research. Bring your people, grab a pizza, and help us do some good together this April.

May Partner Spotlight: Sweetser and Local Restaurant Fundraising That Matters

In May, we are proud to work with Sweetser, a Maine behavioral health nonprofit that provides treatment, support, and hope through mental health, recovery, and educational services across the state. Their work reaches children, adults, and families in communities throughout Maine, and it is exactly the kind of steady, meaningful support we are honored to stand behind.

This is one reason local restaurant fundraising matters. Not every important cause comes with one big moment or one headline-grabbing event. Some of the most important work in Maine happens quietly, day after day, through people and organizations showing up for others when they need it most. If we can help support that work by filling tables, serving pizza, and bringing people together for one good night, we are happy to do it. Come by in May, bring a few friends, and help us support Sweetser.

June Partner Spotlight: Make-A-Wish Maine and Spring Nights That Do Some Good

In June, we are excited to support Make-A-Wish Maine. Founded in 1992, Make-A-Wish Maine has granted more than 2,000 wishes for children in all sixteen Maine counties. On average, the chapter grants one wish every four days. That is a lot of joy, a lot of hope, and a lot of families who have felt the difference a wish can make.

It also makes June a wonderful time to gather around a table and help keep that work going. Longer evenings, warmer weather, and fuller calendars make early summer a natural season for meeting up, eating out, and making a night feel a little more meaningful. We love that these spring restaurant nights can help support something so clearly joyful and important. Show up, bring a friend, order dinner, and help us send spring out on a strong note.

How to Make the Most of Community Nights in Maine This Spring

If you want to get the most out of Community Nights Maine this spring, the easiest move is to make them part of your normal routine. Pick the location that fits your week, invite a few friends, and come hungry. A full table is usually a more fun table, and it also means more support for the featured partner.

If you cannot make one of the scheduled nights, you can still help by sharing the dates, inviting someone else, or stopping in later that month and ordering the Spring Taco Pizza. Community support does not have to be complicated to matter. You can learn about Community Nightsapply to host a Community Night, or keep an eye on our events calendar for what is coming next.

See You This Spring as We Keep Community Nights Going Strong

Spring gives us a lot to look forward to, and we are excited to spend it with some great partners. In April, we are supporting the American Lung Association. In May, we are proud to work with Sweetser. In June, we are partnering with Make-A-Wish Maine. All season long, our Spring Taco Pizza gives guests one more way to help support the featured partner each month.

That is what we love most about Community Nights in Maine. They make it easy to gather, eat well, drink well, and help our communities at the same time. We hope you will join us this spring.
