With most of our locations sporting 12 taps, we are able to offer a long craft beer list that suits just about every palate. Our typical menu features a range of ales, IPAs, browns, lagers, and stouts. The image gallery below represents what we are currently carrying.
We try to update this monthly, but things change quickly as we sell out of some brews and shift our offerings to new releases. So if your favorite standby isn’t available, please try one of our other great beers. We promise we have plenty of excellent beers to fall in love with.
Craft Brewing at Brickyard Hollow
At Brickyard Hollow, we take pride in our craft, brewing all our beers in-house with a dedication to authenticity and quality. Our 15-barrel brew house in New Gloucester is the heart of our operation, where we meticulously can our beers on-site, each adorned with our custom labels. This commitment extends to our Yarmouth location, ensuring that every sip reflects our dedication to craft.
Our brewing philosophy is centered on perfection and authenticity. Each recipe undergoes minor tweaks with every brew, focusing on enhancing the flavor, staying true to style, and delivering an authentic taste. From the rich, roasted notes of our stouts to the crisp, refreshing finish of our lagers, our diverse range caters to every palate.

SoulShine - Mexican Lager 4.7% ABV
Semi-sweet nose gives way to a crisp clean body. Perfect summer cerveza!
OPUS #5: Doppelbock 8% ABV
A traditional German lager style, OPUS #5 has a rich malty backbone, with hints of deep cherry and a slight alcohol burn on the finish.
Three Queens 5.8% ABV
A slight hop kick gives this Blonde all a feisty spirit; just like the three women who brewed it! Brewed on behalf of the Pink Boots Society for their annual fundraiser: Pink Boots Collaboration Brew Day®. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this beer goes to the Pink Boots Society.
Bramble - Raspberry Sour 4% ABV
The first entry in our new Bramble sour series. This uniquely brewed fruited sour is conditioned with generous amounts of Raspberry and a kick of Cherry. Tart and refreshing.
Summer Sipper - Mango Wheat Ale 5% ABV
Solid wheat base gives way to sweet tropical fruity notes of mango and peach in this fruited wheat ale.
OPUS #1 5% ABV
The first in our series of one-off pilot beers, this pale ale is heavily dry-hopped with Vic Secret hops grown in New Zealand. Presents with a dense pale haze and drinks like a hoppy glass of orange juice.
SugarShack Session 3.5% ABV
Clear and clean German style pilsner with subtle malt balanced by floral hop notes.
OPUS #4 Pub Ale 3.4% ABV
An ode to English brewing traditions, this ale is made using exclusively UK-sourced malt and hops. An easy drinker with enough complexity to pair with any meal!
Pratt's Brook Pilsner 5.3% ABV
A pale lager featuring bready maltiness in tandem with floral and herbal hop aromas.
OPUS #3 4.7% ABV
This light lager is reminiscent of our domestic favorites. With a crisp and refreshing finish, this one is sure to satisfy those who love the American classics.
Wescustogo 8.3% ABV
“Wes-cus-tah-go” is jet black in appearance, with huge roasted coffee bean aroma and flavor, as well as notes of bittersweet chocolate. Finishes dry with a lingering piney bitterness. Named for the Native People’s original name for the Royal River, meaning: “muddy waters.”
1901 4.6% ABV
A pale, clean, crisp, delicately-balanced German ale with a very subtle fruit and hop character, and a pillowy white head. It’s well-attenuated, refreshing finish can easily be mistaken for a pilsner.
Trestle 6.8% ABV
Big citrus, subtle floral and piney. Hazy, with just enough oats for a mild silkiness and medium body. Crisp and clean.
Send It 7.6% ABV
Medium bodied, hazy, intensely hoppy, with citrus, floral, pine, and tropical fruit flavors. Finishes smooth with a slight alcohol warming.

''73 IPA 6.3% ABV
This juicy, hop-forward NEIPA has notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and white grape. It was brewed to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Augusta Civic Center.
West Side Trail Ale 4.7% ABV
A medium bodied, sessionable American brown ale with rich chocolate and dark fruit flavors, a smooth mouthfeel thanks to the generous addition of oats, and a dry hoppy finish.
